I can not change, do not quite understand ... I made a folder in "Library / Images / Polaroid pictures but do not know how to follow the steps to change the images... HELP!

ok. im guessing you have Windows7 if so, you need to have the folder location starting from your C: drive, or whatever your main hard drive is. to get the folder location of where your talking about... start by opening your user name file (should be on the right side of your start menu) then from there follow the folder till you get to your file that you named Polaroid Pictures. my guess is that when you get the correct location it should look something like this:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Images\Polaroid Pictures
W.e your file path is, copy it. Then right click the polariod rainmeter > EDIT SKIN > and a notepad file should come up.
inside that code youll see: [Variables] about 20 lines down. in the quotes of ImagePath=" " paste your file path in there and save. then refresh your rainmeter by right clicking > RREFRESH SKIN.

you have to put the picture you want to use in a specific folder. then copy the path of that folder (E.g. C:\Users\Name\Pictures) in the code of the rainmeter where is tell you to place it (right click the polaroid, edit skin, and under [Variables] past the file path into the quotes)
